Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed on GlitzGleam are subject to a 3-5 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods:
Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.

Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
We have a 30-day return policy (for european customers, read the last part of this section), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at help@glitzgleam.com. Please contact us so we can send you the return address.Customer is responsible for return fees such as shipping fee. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return fee will be paid by the customer.You can always contact us for any return question at help@glitzgleam.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@glitzgleam.com. Customer MUST cover shipping fees back to our warehouse.
